The Master held by the School of Political Science of the University of Macerata has reached its‘ 5th edition.  It is destined to managers, civil servants, consultans, expert, professionals, young graduates.

1)    to provide Managers in the public sector and civil servants the method and the instruments to actively administrate (administer) the change in progress that strengthens their role as public managers as opposed to a more traditional role as bureaucrats.

2)    to provide consultants, experts and professionals in the public- administration sector the training and the revision needed to offer proper answers to the current needs of administrations and to resolve the new problems arising between citizens-businesses-public administration.

3)    to provide young graduates the improvement of their knowledge in the public administration sector with the goal to achieve a proper preparation for careers in the public sector.
